Dear Friends

I do not wish to offend anyone.

(Good thing my sister-in-law already did.)

I like to look at blogs late at night. When it's quiet. Sometimes I skip blogs that aren't.

I'm glad I'm not annoying.

On the pregnancy thing, that dress was an Old Navy twenty dollar special.

You on the other hand, I don't even think I knew you were pregnant until you showed up at church with a one week old to listen to Steve's talk.

I thought you were crazy, because I feel newborn baby = no church for as long as I can get away with it.

hahaha....I must say that I still feel the same way!

Your sister-in-law hit the nail on the head. Can't stand trying to read when music is playing. And the other things too.

you are the best:)

You know I have never really thought about it. I always mute the sound when I am looking at others blogs that have music, but I have music on mine. Doesnt make sense does it. Thanks for helping me realize that it bothers others too.

I loved that post! I feel the same way. I HATE music on blogs and I especially hate word verification when the blog is private!! I already have to log in to read a private blog, why do they make me verify a word too?

I have to disagree. I love music on blogs, but I LOVE music. There are times that I don't want to listen though so I just hit the mute button...and then I don't have to listen to ANY of the annoying sounds the internet makes.

well well, that explains why you don't comment on mine. i must routinely get skipped. mystery solved. :)

i mute. but, if in the mood, i love hearing people's playlists. takes me like 2 extra seconds to mute. not enough to really bug me.

Here's the deal:

Sometimes I like to listen to music while I am on the computer. But I like to listen to my music. (Or whatever Pandora thinks my music should be.)

Sometimes I look at blogs late at night on Steve's laptop. Sometimes I can't find the mute button fast enough.

Sometimes I look at blogs while I am waiting for programs to open, pictures to download, etc. Sometimes blogs with music take too long to load.

Sometimes I am still willing to endure all of this suffering to read your blogs. Sometimes I'm not.

I still look at your blogs when I am on my iphone. But then I am much less likely to comment.

(Kaylynn, if you happen to read this, none of this applies to your blog. You only post once a month, and, music or not, I am always eager to see what you and your family are up to.)

here's my peace offering...

i changed it from autostart to manual start. that way i can listen to my playlist and if anyone else wants to they can... but it'll no longer play when you click on my site.

in case it does mine is on the lefthand side all the way down. ;)

xoxo

Okay, I took word verification off of mine. Maybe I should be telling Kacie, not you. Or does that bug you as well??

It's pretty awesome that your friends are willing to change their blogs for you Ms. Emily...my word verification is staying :).

Word verification doesn't bother me nearly as much as it bothers Kacie.

Here is an open invitation to notify me of any "blogpeeves" you have with my blog. I will do my best to eliminate them for you, since so many of you did for me :)

Hope the smile face emoticon isn't on anyone's list.
